The petitioner seeks bail in C-90(7)/2016 arising out of Excise Case No. 116/2016-17 registered under Section 47(a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

Five litres of country made liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. For that, the petitioner is in jail since 01.10.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Pradeep Kumar Choudhary, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda Kishunganj, Madhepura in C90(7)/2016 arising out of Excise Case No. 116/2016-17.
