2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 , 30 (G), 38 (I) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act- 2016.

3. Prosecution case is that 3980.40 liters foreign liquor were recovered from truck in question .

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of alleged truck in question . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the State submits that petitioner has got seventeen criminal antecedents out of which
