2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 427, 224, 225, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners along with co-accused persons assaulted the informant and other police officials and obstructed them in discharging their official duty. It is further alleged that they forcibly released one arrested accused person and also damaged the police vehicle.

4. It is submitted that there is no specific allegation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42026 of 2023(2) dt.31-07-2023 2/2 against these petitioners rather allegation is general and omnibus. The doctor has found the injury sustained by the injured simple in nature.

5. Learned APP however vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Harnaut (Telmar OP) PS Case No. 134 of 2023. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
