2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 39 of 2023.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the victim is a major girl. She has solemnized marriage with the petitioner and is residing with the latter.

4. The learned counsel for the informant also submitted that the victim is residing with the petitioner.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or

No.43294 of 2025(5) dt.10-12-2025 2/2 surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Birpur P.S.Case No. 39 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS.
