2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Barh P.S. Case No. 267 of 2013 registered under Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The stolen vehicle was recovered from garage of Md. Irfan. The petitioner was the person who brought the stolen property from garage of Md. Irfan.

4. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement of coaccused Krishna Lal and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

5. The petitioner has got the criminal antecedent of similar nature.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled for privilege of anticipatory bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.
