Petitioner is accused in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 342, 504/34 of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the D.P. Act. The allegation against the petitioner and in-laws family is of cruelty and torture in various manners for nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. Thereafter, an attempt was made to kill the informant by sprinkling kerosene oil. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that charge sheet has

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura Mahila P.S. Case No. 08 of 2015.
