Only on 22.11.2016, the prayer for bail of the petitioner made in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 215 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 149, 307, 323 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code was rejected. The order is enclosed as Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation is general and omnibus. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2016.

Counsel for the State, on the other hand, contends that the case of the petitioner, on merit, was rejected without any liberty granted to him.
