Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case filed under Sections 418, 465, 468, 469 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that non-bailable warrant has been issued on 22.12.2015. Allegation against the petitioner and others in the complaint case is that they have made interpolation in the copies of the mark-sheets and other documents filed by the complainant and ultimately on that ground, since the complainant who was teaching in the English Department of L.B.T. College,

It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that after his appointment the complainant was not producing the original documents and, as such, show cause notice was issued vide Annexure 3. It would be apparent from the complaint itself that due to non-production of the originals, he was terminated. Thereafter, this complaint case has been filed as a counter blast of such action.

Having regards to the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today in complaint case no.175-C of 2015, the above named petitioner, Narendra Prasad Rai shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri L.K. Mishra, J.M. Ist Class, Buxar subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
