Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47, 51 of the Excise Act. Neither petitioners were caught on the spot nor anything was recovered from their conscious possession and only suspicion has been raised against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Ara Mufassil P.S. Case no. 220/2016.
