Petitioner is in custody in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018 for the offence under sections 341, 342, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the prosecution case, learned counsel submits that there is general and omnibus allegation of assault by lathi against the accused persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 4.4.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.39610 of 2019(2) dt.27-06-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 185 of 2018.
