Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Addl.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 07.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 48224 of 2019, one of the condition was that the address of the petitioner shall be verified. When that order was communicated to the court below, Awadesh Jha mentioned as father of the present petitioner in bail petition appeared before the court below and furnished an affidavit that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51156 of 2021(4) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 the petitioner is not his son and it was the reason that his bail bond has not been accepted uptill now. He is languishing in jail since 06.11.2015 despite the fact that he has been granted regular bail by this Court.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail within six weeks of his surrender from the date of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Dalsingh Sarai in connection with Sessions Trial No. 358 of 2017 arising out of Dalsingh Sarai P.S. Case No. 397 of 2015, as observed by this Court vide order dated 07.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 48244 of 2019. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
