2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nakardei P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026 / NDPS G.R. Case No. 144 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8©, 21(b), 25 and 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 20.16 grams of smack from the co-accused, upon whose statement the name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case and pursuant to the same, the petitioner was arrested and from whom one Mobile Phone and 45,000/- rupees has been recovered.

4. The petitioner is accused in three more cases of similar nature and he is in custody since 12.04.2026.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is involved

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39550 of 2026(2) dt.22-06-2026 2/2 in regular dealing of narcotic substances and he has been named by the co-accused in this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
