Petitioners seek bail in Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section-395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that coaccused namely, Saroj Nut having similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court vide order dated 12-01-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 667 of 2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioners named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.638 of 2017 (3) dt.22-02-2017 2/2 connection with Marhowrah P.S. Case No. 337 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Saran at Chapra.
