The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 117 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Specific allegations have been levelled against co-accused Saurabh and Prakash. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
