2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rampur P.S Case No. 640 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109,303(2),74,352,351(2),3(5) of BNS.

3. As per allegation in the FIR, petitioner along with the other accused persons have assaulted the informant and her family member due to which they sustained injuries.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that alleged occurrence took place on 02.12.2024 whereas written application has been given to the police by the informant on 05.12.2024 and the delay has not been explained. The reason behind the alleged occurrence is admitted land

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39709 of 2025(2) dt.25-06-2025 2/2 dispute and both the parties are own pattidar. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the informant and his family members are simple in nature and the allegation against the petitioner are general and omnibus. He further submits that petitioner have clean criminal antecedent.

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for anticipator bail of the petitioner.

On perusal of the FIR, impugned order dated 21.05.2025 and also considering the fact that the allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and considering the aforesaid facts and circumstance of the case and submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Trial Court within a period of six weeks from today on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S Case No. 640 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 482 of BNSS.
