Petitioners, who are in custody, seeks bail in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case No. 140 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1546 of 2018) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 356, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioners is of snatching mangalsutra of the informant worth Rs. 30,000/- . It has been submitted that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. There is no recovery from the person of the petitioners. The petitioners have been implicated in this case only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioners are in custody since 05.02.2018.

Case No. 140 of 2018 (G.R. No. 1546 of 2018).
