This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Tilkamanjhi P.S. Case No.31 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3.

Unknown criminals have killed the deceased.

During investigation, the petitioner was arrested on 19.02.2025. 4.

The petitioner has sold the motorcycle belonging to the deceased to co-accused Aashish Kumar. During investigation, other materials have come to show that the petitioner and others are involved in the crime. 5.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail
