The brief facts are that the petitioner applied for appointment on the post of constable. The petitioner was physically found fit but ultimately the petitioner was not appointed because he was not matriculate.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the D.I.G. Saran rage is directed to
Patna High Court CWJC No.14145 of 2007 (2) dt.21-01-2015 2/2 dispose of the representation of the petitioner as contained in annexure-3 within one month from the date of production of a copy of this order.
With the above direction this writ application is disposed of.
