2. The petitioner has renewed his prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 537/2018 for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code having earlier been rejected by this Court by order dated 17.04.2019 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 23960 of 2019.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and considering that no fresh ground has been shown, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
