2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 399, 402 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code 1860 .
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have purchased stolen iron rods from co-accused person .
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has purchased the aforesaid stolen iron rod without knowing the fact that the same was stolen and as such no criminal offence is made out against the petitioner. Petitioner had no knowledge that iron rods which was offered by the coaccused person were stolen . It is lastly submitted only on the basis of confessional statement of other co-accused persons, this

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - III, Sikrahna at Dhaka East Champaran in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. case No. 78 of 2024 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
