This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Lodipur P.S. Case No.65 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under section 103(1) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under section 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. He is in custody since 26.03.2025.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant is not an eye witness to the incident and therefore, he may be granted bail by this Court. 5.

From the records, it appears that the villagers have seen the petitioner killing the deceased and on the statement of the petitioner used cartridge has been recovered from the place of occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
