Petitioner is in custody since 29.09.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. C1 of 2015/3 of 2016/ Tr. No. 2656 of 2016 registered under Sections 498-A of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The basic accusation is of torture and assault. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner admits his marriage with the informant and he is ready to keep her as wife with full dignity and honour. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph-6 of the petition. Moreover, the petitioner has also filed Matrimonial Case No. 19 of 2016 for restitution of conjugal life.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50156 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Sitamarhi, District- Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C-1 of 2015/3 of 2015/ Tr. No. 2656 of 2016.
