The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with East Colony P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 379, 504, 506 and 509 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

There is allegation of assault by various means upon the brother of the informant along with some other coaccused persons. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence as

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that from perusal of the FIR, it appears that allegation against these petitioners is that they were standing at the place of occurrence and instigated the accused persons, except that nothing is against these petitioners. There is no specific allegation attributed against the petitioners. Petitioners are stated to be man of clean antecedent. It is next submitted that co-accused have been granted regular bail by this Court vide orders dated 04-12-2023 and 10-04-2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 76926 of 2023 and Cr. Misc. No. 60820 of 2023, respectively.

On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioners.

Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the
