Be that as it may, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 20.03.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.579 of 2012 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. From now on the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.1500/- to the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-. The Court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the Petitioner if he does not pay the entire arrears within the next three weeks.
