2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 379, 307, 504,506 IPC registered in connection with Sasaram Nagar (Darigao) P.S. Case No. 1336 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the backdrop of petty disputes between the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38604 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 parties who are neighbours. There is case and counter case between them. All the injuries are simple except one injury on the head of the informant. The accusation of assault are general and omnibus against the petitioners and other co-accused persons. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.

4. Learned APP appears and opposes the petition.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity of offence alleged and the grievous injury attributed to the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. Chandran/- (Vikash Jain, J) U T
