The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 662 of 2013, which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of peremptory order dated 17-01-2013. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and considering the fact disclosed in the petition, same is allowed. Let C.W.J.C. No. 662 of 2013 be restored to its original file.

It is clarified that if order dated 17-01-2013 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 662 of 2013 is not complied with within a period of four weeks from today, the writ petition i.e. C.W.J.C. No. 662 of 2013 shall stand dismissed without further reference to a bench. (Rakesh Kumar, J.) Anay U
