JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is specific allegation against coaccused. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Moreover, the injury is simple in nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45366 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 145 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
