1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 337, 379, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and from perusal of the allegation as alleged in the F.I.R., it would manifest that only allegation alleged against the petitioner is of snatching gold chain of the informant which is ornamental in nature. It is next submitted that allegation of assault and firing is against other named accused persons.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the anticipatory bail application.

5. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Swati Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with M.M.C.H. (Magadh Medical) P. S. Case No.108 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

6. The application stands allowed.
