ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of opposite party No. 2.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner and opposite party No. 2 are present in person. They have submitted together that they are willing to resolve the dispute and stay together.

In view of such facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13928 of 2015 (4) dt.09-03-2016 from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Complaint Case No. 49C/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. It is made clear that if at all, there is any untoward incident so as to create any problem to the opposite party No. 2 or her daughter, it shall be open to the opposite party No. 2, to move the Court below or even this court for modification/cancellation of the order.
