The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naya Ram Nagar Police Station Case No. 130 of 2017 registered for the offences under sections 399, 414, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25 (1-B) A/26/35 of the Arms Act.
The Police, on secret information, conducted raid in the house of one Chhotu Kumar and apprehended four accused persons who were planning to commit crime. They disclosed the name of another four accused persons, who allegedly escaped from the place of occurrence. This petitioner is one of the accused, who allegedly escaped from there.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43553 of 2017 (2) dt.19-09-2017 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. One of the co-accused, Awadesh Kumar having similar allegation, has already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 39461 of 2017 on 19.08.2017. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent, is in custody since 23.06.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner- Aryan Kumar @ Deepak Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Naya Ram Nagar Police Station Case No. 130 of 2017.
