The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 1 of 2019 registered under Sections 307, 504 read with 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the specific allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner and others opened fire causing injury to the informant as a result of which he died, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The application is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
