The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tilauthu P.S. Case No.70 of 2019 registered under Section 498(A) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant disclosed in her fardbeyan that the behaviour of her husband has drastically changed and on petty dispute, her husband abused and assaulted her. She got a son about 30 years and daughter aged about 22 years. Her husband threatened her son and daughter to drive them out from the house, if they would take side of their mother. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that entire allegation made against the petitioner is false and
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38830 of 2019(2) dt.25-06-2019 2/2 concocted. No offence under Section 498(A) I.P.C. is made out. On account of some petty family dispute, the wife lodged the case after three decades of her marriage.
Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Tilauthu P.S.
