The petitioner who was earlier working as Daily Wager and subsequently retrenched in the year 1985 has approached this court invoking its writ jurisdiction, with a prayer for directing the respondents to absorb him in service with immediate effect. It is not in dispute that the petitioner had worked as Daily Wager and finally in view of policy decision he along with number of such Daily Wagers were removed. The court is of the opinion that in absence of any provision for issuance of direction for regularization or
