Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Katoria P.S. Case No. 13 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 376, 452 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the POCSO Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2022. The allegation against the petitioner is of raping a minor girl. The said allegation is supported in the 164 statement of the victim.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected.
