2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with the present case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/32(c)of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
3. There is recovery of 40 litres of illicit liquor. The petitioner is in jail since 29.05.2024.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, let the

No.47205 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Excise Court NO. 03, Gaya/concerned court below in connection with Excise (Sherghati) P.S. Case No. 87 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- (I). The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
