2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 317(5), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of a motorcycle.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.04.2026.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the petitioner himself is a victim and he has no knowledge about the fact that the motorcycle was stolen one.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 228 of 2026.

8. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Kendua Police Station, Jharkhand on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station will result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.

9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Dhanbad through FAX for its compliance.
