Case No. 73 of 2015 dated 20.04.2015 registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegations made in the FIR do attract the ingredients of a cognizable offence.
In that view of the matter, I find no merit in the application. It is accordingly dismissed.
