JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-02-2016 Heard Sri Narendra Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Standing Counsel -14. The present writ petition was filed with a prayer to direct the respondents to pay his salary from July, 1989 to May, 1990 with interest and also to submit the statement of salary alongwith deduction under the head of "Provident Fund" and "Group Insurance".

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, almost all the grievances have been redressed, however; the petitioner's grievance with respect to

In the prayer portion, no such relief was sought for, however; the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned in respect of grievance of fixation of salary and revised pay scale as well as arrear of salary and revised pay scale. The writ petition stands disposed of.
