This is an application for modification of the bailor in the bail petition and, consequently, in the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13678 of 2022 through which petitioner, above named, has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in place of "Prabhuji Manjhi , who is father of the petitioner" has been wrongly typed as "Prabhuji Manjhi, who is cousin of the petitioner, as mentioned in condition no. (iii) of the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13678 of 2022. Accordingly, the condition no. (iii) imposed in the order dated 08.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13678 of 2022.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40732 of 2022(2) dt.04-08-2022 2/2 be modified and same be read as:

(iii) That one of the bailors shall be Prabhuji Manjhi @ Prabhu Chaudhary, who is the father of the petitioner and deponent of the present bail petition.
