JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after 20 years of marriage and disposing of the dead body.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner happens to be the co-villager of the husband of the victim and it is only alleged that he also participated in disposal of the dead body. Moreover, statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the nature of accusation, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of
