The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 30(a) 35(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. It is alleged that 22 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 15.05.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. It is alleged that 22 litres of foreign liquor is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner. The same has not been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is no compliance of

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Khagaria, in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017.
