The Petitioner seeks bail in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 27 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 364A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the grandson of the informant for ransom.

It has been submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on mere suspicion. It has been further submitted that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR.

Considering the allegation against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has got criminal antecedent, I am not
