The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Piar P.S. Case No.157 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 302, 201, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been alleged that the husband of the informant was given poison by the petitioner and other accused persons. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased died on account of snake bite and the allegations are not supported by the post mortem report. By order dated 15.02.2022, the report of the Forensic Science Laboratory was called for which has been received in this Court in sealed cover. In the report it has come that no

Considering the above, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S. Case No.157 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
