Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered under Sections- 25(1b)a/26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 03.09.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49871 of 2016 (3) dt.06-03-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhabua (Kaimur) in connection with Kudhani P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016.
