The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of first information report, it appears that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38270 of 2020(5) dt.18-11-2021 2/2 specific allegation of assault against the co-accused namely, Anil Paswan and Diwakar Paswan to the deceased namely, Rahul Paswan. There is no allegation of assault against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in connection with Shekhopur Sarai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
