The petitioner is in jail custody since 10.03.2016 in connection with Barrgania P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b) a (ii) of the Arms Act.

Considering the fact that there was no recovery from the petitioner's possession and whatever recovery was made from one Ranjan Mishra and Sunny Pandey, who had disclosed that the petitioner had fled away and that the petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2016, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairagania P.S.
