2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 25 (1- AA)/26/35 of Arms Act.

3 As per prosecution case, police received information about smuggling of weapons and a checking was conducted in which one Baleno car was intercepted from which five persons were apprehended who were sitting in the said car. From the possession of the accused persons three live cartridges and a country made carbine was recovered from the dickey of the car.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has falsely been implicated in this case . Nothing has been

The name of the petitioner transpired on the confessional statement of other co-accused persons namely Sambhu Yadav and Sanjeet Kumar @ Chhotu who have already been granted bail by this Court. Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024 . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody , and the fact that co-accused with similar allegation have already been granted bail, prayer for bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. Let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Divisional Judicial Magistrate Arwal in connection with Kinjar Police Station Case No. 48 of 2021 .
