The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019 registered under Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Bench of this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 12796 of 2020 on 02.07.2020, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38264 of 2020(2) dt.14-09-2021 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 50 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
