This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of bail. Earlier he had moved in Cr. Misc. No. 59488 of 2018 which was rejected on 17.12.2018 by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court after observing that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he fired twice on Abhimanyu Pandey on account of which he fell down and died subsequently. No new material has come up to take a different view in the matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in jail since 10th of March, 2018 and further submits that two witnesses have been examined by the learned Trial Court.
