Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will take place the matter before the Bench.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.393 of 2019, registered for the offences alleged under sections 341, 323 and 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 24.07.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.27517 of 2020 by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail. Having gone through the submissions of the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41829 of 2022(3) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner for grant of bail, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
